We welcome you and your dog to Sun Peaks!
Please see below our guidelines we would like to point out for your stay with your dog
in one of our rental properties and in this beautiful Resort Community!
A $ 350.00 fee applies if a pet stays in a not as pet-friendly specified unit or if a guest is bringing a dog without letting us know before check-in.
- Pet Fee of $30.00/night per dog applies. There is one dog allowed per unit.
- You are responsible for any damages to the rental property caused by your dog. Your dog is not to be on beds, couches or furniture anywhere inside unit. If there is excess hair on any furniture items and a deep clean is to be done, excess charges may apply. Any damage and/or additional cleaning cost, if necessary, will be applied to the credit card on file with your reservation.
- Please do not leave your dog unattended in the unit. If you must leave without your dog, please advise front desk staff and leave the best phone number to reach you if dog gets agitated.
- Within the complex/residential area, your dog must be on leash at all times.
Within the Hotel your dog must be on a leash at all times. There are certain areas of the hotel where dogs cannot be admitted. These include the indoor/outdoor hot tub areas, gym, and the meeting room - Noise/Disruptive complaints: Please respect other hotel guests by preventing noise or any other disturbances by your dog. If hotel management receives complaints, extra charges will apply and will be put onto your credit card on file. Charges could be an extra cleaning fee for a room move.

- Please keep your dog on a leash in the village
- Please always clean up after your dog in and around the village as well as around your unit
- There are doggie bag dispensers next to the garbage bins throughout village
