If you booked a unit with private Hot Tub please read the below rules and details.
There are some certain parameters that we would like you to be aware of:
- HOT TUB USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please use with caution!
- Your hot tub is provided for the exclusive use of the guests staying in your unit only. No other users are authorized to use the hot tub.
- No food is allowed in or around the hot tub
- No glassware is allowed in or around the tub, plastic cups only
- Please shower before use. This serves as a protection for you and for others, also reducing the quantity of chemicals that need to be added to the hot tub
- Excessive spilling of beverages and/or excessive use of the Hot Tub will result in a water change and replacement of filters. An additional charge of CDN$200+tax will apply. This charge will be automatically processed on the credit card you have provided
- Please be very gentle when opening & closing the hot tub cover
- Absolutely no splashing
- Number of hot tub guests must be kept within the maximum number rated for the hot tub. Excessive loading will cause the tub to spill, requiring additional maintenance (charges will apply)
- Children under 12 years of age must be supervised
- Guests using the hot tub must be courteous to their neighbors by keeping noise levels down. Quiet time after 10pm is mandatory as per the bylaws. There is a call out fee of $50 for the first call and an additional fee of $100 for every other call until evicting Noise Complaint attended.
- Your hot tub may still be heating up to temperature upon your arrival. This is standard, as our hot tub team strives to give you the best experience with fresh water for your stay
- DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTIES
Your dog is your responsibility. Should your dog run off whilst our team enters the property for regular chemical checks, Bear Country cannot be held responsible.
Please advise our Front Desk staff, if our hot tub team should not enter the premises due to a dog being particularly protective. - BEAR COUNTRY
reserves the right to evict guests without any refund, if after a verbal warning of the manager on duty, the guests continue to pose a noise disturbance or a safety risk to other Bear Country guests.
Prior to your arrival your hot tub has been chemically balanced and checked for clarity.
- Our hot tub crew will stop by daily, to ensure water quality and levels
- If hot tub cannot be accessed from outside, a crew will need to enter the suite to service the hot tub
- If the hot tub requires extra maintenance due to careless actions, extra charges will be charged back to the guest
- Your hot tub will be set at 104 degrees Fahrenheit prior to your arrival. Our hot tub team will be happy to adjust the temperature, if needed
In the rare occasion of the hot tub being out of order during your stay, Bear Country will offer a $50 refund for every day the hot tub is out of use.
